What: The link between our customers, distribution center staff, retailers, routing and truckers. This position handles inventory data and requires professionalism and energy at all times. Who: Career minded, organized, educated, willing and able to work within a team environment. What: Communication with company and customer executives. Areas of work could include human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, telephones and other office functions. Where: Office
3. Team Leaders / Managers:
Who: Experienced and creative leaders that can motivate and work within diverse teams to accomplish long and short term goals. What: Warehouse management includes multi-tasking and delegating and requires great communication at all levels. Managers are required to go through high level system training, enforce standard operating procedures and lead by example. 4. Equipment Operators:
Who: Forklift drivers, order pickers, narrow aisle machine operators. What: Equipment operators to work in a safe and professional environment. Productivity and equipment maintenance are measured to ensure the best operators are hired and maintained.
