1.       Logistics Coordinator:

Who:  Career minded, computer savvy, energetic, problem solver with great computer and communication skills.        What: The link between our customers, distribution center staff, retailers, routing and truckers.  This position handles inventory data and requires professionalism and energy at all times.  It is both demanding and rewarding and is best suited for a person looking to develop a career and working relationships.                                                                 Where:  Office 

2.       Administrative:

Who:  Career minded, organized, educated, willing and able to work within a team environment.                           What:  Communication with company and customer executives.   Areas of work could include human resources, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchasing, telephones and other office functions.                               Where:  Office

 

 

3.       Team Leaders / Managers:

Who:  Experienced and creative leaders that can motivate and work within diverse teams to accomplish long and short term goals.                                                                                                                                                              What:  Warehouse management includes multi-tasking and delegating and requires great communication at all levels.  Managers are required to go through high level system training, enforce standard operating procedures and lead by example.  Team leaders may supervise smaller groups on specific tasks or special projects and take accountability for the full and proper outcome of the task and those working within the team.                                     Where:  Warehouse

4.       Equipment Operators:

Who:  Forklift drivers, order pickers, narrow aisle machine operators.                                                                             What:  Equipment operators to work in a safe and professional environment.  Productivity and equipment                   maintenance are measured to ensure the best operators are hired and maintained.  All new hires must pass         licensing tests and will be trained on specific warehouse equipment including the use of RF Guns in order to maintain work in a paperless environment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Where:  Warehouse

 
           

           

5.       Sales Opportunities:

Who:  Dedicated, personable and energetic men and women that understand customer needs, have a proven work ethic and high level organizational skills.                                                                                                                           What:  Develop and maintain new accounts.  Understanding Fleets service profile is unique and bringing in clients where there could be a mutually beneficial relationship.                                                                                             Where:  Potential clients of NJ warehouse services can be based nationwide and internationally, accordingly sales opportunities can be arranged locally and abroad.
