Our Story
Fleet Distribution Centers is a family-owned, New Jersey-based third-party logistics provider founded in 2003. Our family’s experience in transportation and logistics, however, extends back much further.
As a second-generation logistics company, Fleet was built on a practical understanding of what customers need from a warehouse partner: dependable execution, responsive communication, accurate inventory control, and the flexibility to adapt as business conditions change.
Fleet’s growth has also been supported by a longstanding relationship with an established drayage company whose roots date to the 1970s. These complementary warehouse and transportation capabilities allow customers to move freight from the Port of New York and New Jersey into storage and onward to market through a coordinated logistics solution.
Since 2003, Fleet has grown by earning customer trust and continually reinvesting in warehouse capacity, experienced teams, technology, automation, and equipment. Today, we support importers, apparel brands, consumer-goods companies, and retailers with receiving, storage, distribution, value-added services, transportation, and e-commerce fulfillment.

Fleet Distribution Centers was founded in 2003 by Alex Habbaz, who remains actively involved in the company’s operations, customer relationships, and strategic growth.
As a second-generation logistics professional, Alex built Fleet on values developed through decades of family experience in transportation and distribution. Under his leadership, Fleet has expanded its warehouse network, capabilities, technology, and team while maintaining the responsiveness and accountability of a family-owned business.
